Ingredients for one plate :
1 or 2 best quality tomatoes1 small beet cooked with leaves (IBS: low in FODMAP in small quantities)
¼ Burrata (Mozzarella di Bufala)
Za'atar
Basil
Olive oil ½ spoon
Balsamic vinegar ¼ spoon
Salt and pepper
Directions :
Peel tomatoes and beetSlice them in small part
Present them in a nice plate
Add ¼ Burrata
Sprinkle a pinch of Za'atar on Burrata
Prepare the dressing with olive oil, Balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper
Decorate with beet leaf and basil.
Put into fridge 1 hour
Pour the dressing on tomatoes and beets sliced, before serving.
